Additional Obligations Regarding Treatment of Student Data. In addition to the above stated obligations for the treatment and handling of Confidential Information, Provider shall abide by the following obligations with regards to any Student Data Provider may receive, store, transmit, handle or otherwise have access to pursuant to this Agreement:
