Additional Outreach Materials. CONTRACTOR may develop informational or promotional materials about the program for CONTRACTOR’s own use only with the express written permission of the CITY Representative. All materials shall be reviewed and approved by the CITY Representative prior to publication. All such materials developed by Contractor shall be printed at CONTRACTOR’s expense without compensation from CITY. Pursuant to City of San ▇▇▇▇ Prevailing Wage policy, Contractor and any subcontractor shall be obligated to pay not less than the prevailing wage as indicated in this Exhibit.
