Common use of Additional Participants Clause in Contracts

Additional Participants. Employees of a Party or any of its Affiliates involved in the Exploitation of the Licensed Products may attend meetings of the JSC or any Subcommittee as non-voting participants. In addition, with the prior consent of each Party, consultants, representatives, or advisors involved in the same activities and under written obligations of confidentiality and non-use applicable to the Confidential Information of each Party that are at least as stringent as those set forth in Article 12 (Confidentiality) may attend meetings of the JSC or any Subcommittee as non-voting observers.

Employees of a Party or any of its Affiliates involved in the Exploitation of the Licensed Products may attend meetings of the JSC Executive Committee, a JSC, or any other Subcommittee as non-voting participants. In addition, with the prior consent of each Party, consultants, representatives, or advisors involved in the same activities and under written obligations of confidentiality and non-use applicable to the Confidential Information of each Party that are at least as stringent as those set forth in Article 12 (Confidentiality) may attend meetings of the Executive Committee, a JSC or any other Subcommittee as non-voting observers.
