Additional Partnership Interests. In the event that the Partnership issues OP Common Units to any Additional Limited Partner pursuant to Article 4, the General Partner shall make such amendments to this Section 8.6 as it determines are necessary to reflect the issuance of such OP Common Units (including setting forth any restrictions on the exercise of the Redemption Right with respect to OP Common Units described in this Section 8.6E).
