Additional Payment Provisions. (1) County shall prepare and electronically submit invoices in a format approved by OHA, to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇ or to any other address as OHA may indicate in writing to County, for services provided in each calendar quarter, in the amounts reflected in the invoice chart, by the dates shown. (2) Agreement number and Invoicing Period or payment upon execution designation shall be included on County’s invoice and all supporting documentation. (3) OHA is not obligated to pay for any services that are not properly reported in accordance with the Reporting Requirements section above and where the invoice is received more than 60 calendar days after the expiration or termination date of this Agreement, whichever is earlier. (4) Funding provided through this Agreement may only be used for the project in the manner prescribed herein. Funding may not be used to reimburse expenses incurred prior to the effective date of this Agreement.
