Common use of Additional Payments to BIOTRINE Clause in Contracts

Additional Payments to BIOTRINE. CENTER may make additional prepayments to BIOTRINE or on behalf of BIOTRINE during the term of this Agreement, including, but not limited to, payments to ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ on behalf of BIOTRINE. BIOTRINE agrees that any such payments shall be added to the prepaid account and will remain an obligation of BIOTRINE until such time as CENTER, in the exercise of its right of purchase price payment offset, fully liquidates the BIOTRINE prepaid account.
