Additional Period / Prep Period. Middle school teachers who are requested and agree to use their prep period to teach an additional period will be paid one-seventh of their normal rate of pay. The need for this additional period will be determined on a semester basis. Payment for this additional period will be made on a monthly basis during which the service is rendered.

  • Listing Period Extension The Commission shall be due if the Property is sold, conveyed, exchanged, optioned, or otherwise transferred within _ _ days (“Extension Period”) after the expiration of the Listing Period to anyone with whom the Broker or Agency has negotiated unless the Property is listed, in good faith, with another real estate agency. The term “negotiation” shall include providing information about the Property, showing the Property, or presenting an offer on the Property.   • Meal Period A Contractor shall schedule an unpaid period of not more than 1/2 hour duration at the work location between the 3rd and 5th hour of the scheduled shift. A Contractor may, for efficiency of operation, establish a schedule which coordinates the meal periods of two or more crafts. If an employee is required to work through the meal period, the employee shall be compensated in a manner established in the applicable Schedule A.

  • Transitional Period At the end of the transitional period as defined in Article 10(2) of the Directive, Jersey shall cease to apply the retention tax and revenue sharing provided for in this Agreement and shall apply in respect of the other contracting party the automatic exchange of information provisions in the same manner as is provided for in Chapter II of the Directive. If during the transitional period Jersey elects to apply the automatic exchange o information provisions in the same manner as is provided for in Chapter II of the Directive, it shall no longe apply the withholding/retention tax and the revenue sharing provided for in Article 9 of this Agreement.
