ADDITIONAL POLICIES AND PROCEDURES. The Parties may collaborate to determine if any additional policies, procedures, or rules should apply to the Provider and whether any additional policies may need to be adopted by each Party to implement the Program. Upon final agreement, the list of additional policies, procedures, and rules shall be set forth in a written document, to be titled “Addendum B: Additional Policies and Procedures”, and which shall be attached to the Contract.
