Common use of Additional Portfolios Clause in Contracts

Additional Portfolios. In the event that any Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to those set forth on Appendix A hereto with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Portfolios. In the event that any Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to those set forth on Appendix A hereto with respect to which it this Agreement and the Fund desires to have the Custodian render services to such series as custodian under the terms hereofof this Agreement, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunderunder this Agreement.

Additional Portfolios. In the event that any Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to those set forth listed on Appendix A attached hereto with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Portfolios. In the event that any Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to those set forth on Appendix A hereto with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunderhereunder and the Custodian and the Fund shall be bound by all terms and conditions and provisions hereof with respect to such Portfolio.

Additional Portfolios. In the event that any Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to those set forth listed on the Appendix A hereto attached to this Agreement, with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereofhereof and if the Custodian wishes to provide such services, then it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, writing and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such servicesattach a revised Appendix A. Upon execution thereof, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Portfolios. In the event that any Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to those set forth on Appendix A and Appendix B hereto with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Portfolios. In the event that any Fund --------------------- establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to those set forth on Appendix A hereto with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

In the event that any Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to those set forth on Appendix A hereto with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writingwriting by submitting an amended Appendix A with the new series, and if the Custodian agrees in writing by signing the amended Appendix A to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Portfolios. In the event that any Fund establishes one or more series of Shares shares in addition to those set forth on Appendix A hereto with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian Bank render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian Bank in writing, and if the Custodian Bank agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Such notification and agreement may be evidenced by an updated Appendix A signed by the Trust and the Custodian.
