Additional Portfolios. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more investment series in addition to and with respect to which it desires to have PFPC render services as transfer agent, registrar, dividend disbursing agent and related services agent under the terms set forth in this Agreement, it shall so notify PFPC in writing, and PFPC shall agree in writing to provide such services, and such investment series shall become a Portfolio hereunder, subject to such additional terms, fees and conditions as are agreed to by the parties.
