Additional Portfolios. 14.1 In the event that the Fund establishes one or more Portfolios in addition to those identified in Schedule A, with respect to which the Fund desires to have Investor Services Group render services as transfer agent under the terms hereof, the Fund shall so notify Investor Services Group in writing, and if Investor Services Group agrees in writing to provide such services, Exhibit 1 shall be amended to include such additional Portfolios.
