Additional Post Employment Restrictive Covenant Terms. (a) Consideration. Participant acknowledges that s/he would not have received the benefits and consideration provided under this Agreement but for his/her agreement to abide by its Non-Disclosure, Non-Solicitation, and Non-Compete (collectively, “Post-Employment Restrictive Covenants”) terms and that Participant’s agreement to the Post-Employment Restrictive Covenants is a material component of the consideration for this Agreement. Participant understands that s/he has the right to consult with an attorney regarding the terms of this Agreement before signing it, and that s/he has had at least 14 days to review the Agreement.
