Additional Precautions. Upon Liberty Utilities’ request, the MHP Owner/Operator shall require its contractor to provide certain safeguards not in use but considered necessary and if contractor fails to comply with the request within a reasonable time, Liberty Utilities may provide the safeguards at MHP Owner/Operator’s expense. Failure to comply with safety precautions required by Liberty Utilities may result in termination of the Agreement for cause.
