Additional Precautions. If SOCALGAS requests, the MHP Owner/Operator shall require its Contractor to provide certain safeguards not in use but considered necessary, and, if Contractor fails to comply with the request within a reasonable time, SOCALGAS may provide the safeguards at MHP Owner/Operator’s expense. Failure to comply with safety precautions required by SOCALGAS may result in cancellation of the Contract for cause.
