Common use of Additional Preconstruction Services Clause in Contracts

Additional Preconstruction Services. In addition to those items enumerated above, the Contractor shall provide such preconstruction services as are necessary to properly advance the Project. These services shall include, but are not limited to, scheduling, estimating, shop-drawings, the ordering of long-lead materials, condition assessments, conservator studies, archeological studies, recommended testing, additional geotechnical testing, and monitoring of historic assets.
