Additional Programs Clause Samples

The "Additional Programs" clause defines the terms under which a party may access or use software, services, or features that are not included in the main agreement but are offered as optional add-ons. Its core function is to provide a clear framework for expanding the scope of services or products without renegotiating the entire agreement, ensuring both parties understand the terms for any supplementary offerings.
