In addition, the Corporation is formed for the promotion of the health, safety and welfare of the residents and owners within Serenade and other non-profitable purposes that are authorized by the Act and permitted to be carried on by an organization exempt from Federal income taxation under the provisions of Section 528 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (hereinafter referred to as the "Code") and the Regulations issued pursuant thereto, as amended.
