Common use of Additional Rent and Rent Clause in Contracts

Additional Rent and Rent. All Additional Rent and Rent under this Lease, other than Base Monthly Rent, shall, unless this Lease expressly provides otherwise, be paid with the next installment of Base Monthly Rent falling due.
