Additional Required Documents. At least thirty (30) Business Days prior to the date on which Funding Recipient seeks a disbursal of the Funding, Funding Recipient shall submit to the City each of the following documents, and the receipt and approval by the City of each such document shall be a condition to the disbursement of the Funding:
