ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR FEDERALLY FUNDED PLACEMENTS. As a condition of placements made with Authorized Users using Federal funds, Contractor agrees to all terms and conditions contained in this section. Authorized Users shall be obligated to identify its use of federal funds in the Task Order Request Form.
