Additional Requirements for the. Granting of Early Tenure In addition to the performance requirements specified in A4.6.4 and A4.6.5 above, the candidate's Evaluation Committee must offer clear and compelling reasons for the granting of early tenure (after either one (1) year or two (2) years).
