Additional Review Materials. The Asset Representations Reviewer will notify the Servicer if any documents or materials (the “Additional Review Materials”), in addition to the Initial Materials and the Post-Trigger Review Materials, are necessary in order to perform a Review Procedure. The Servicer will have fifteen (15) days to provide the Asset Representations Reviewer with the Additional Review Materials or other documents or information that are deemed necessary to facilitate the performance of a Review Procedure.
