Common use of Additional Rights of Agent Clause in Contracts

Additional Rights of Agent. If an Event of Default shall occur and be continuing, the Agent may take possession of the Collateral and without liability for trespass to enter any premises where the Collateral may be located for the purpose of taking possession of or removing the Collateral, exercise the Debtor's right to ▇▇▇▇ and receive payment for completed work, prepare the Collateral for sale and, generally, to exercise any and all rights afforded to a secured party under the Uniform Commercial Code or other applicable law.
