Common use of Additional Rights Clause in Contracts

Additional Rights. If the Company at any time grants to any other holders of Common Stock any rights to request the Company to effect the registration under the Securities Act of any such shares of Common Stock on terms more favorable to such holders than the terms set forth in this Section 3, the terms of this Section 3 shall be deemed amended or supplemented to the extent necessary to provide the Holders such more favorable rights and benefits.

Additional Rights. If the Company at any time grants to any other holders of Common Stock any rights to request the Company to effect the registration under the Securities Act of any such shares of Common Stock on terms more favorable to such holders than the terms set forth in this Section 34, the terms of this Section 3 4 shall be deemed amended or supplemented to the extent necessary to provide the Holders such more favorable rights and benefits.

Additional Rights. If the Company at any time grants to any other holders of Common Stock (or securities that are convertible, exchangeable or exercisable into Common Stock) any rights to request the Company to effect the registration under the Securities Act of any such shares of Common Stock (or any such securities) on terms more favorable to such holders than the terms set forth in this Section 34.2, the terms of this Section 3 4.2 shall be deemed amended or supplemented to the extent necessary to provide the Holders such more favorable rights and benefits.

Additional Rights. If the Company at any time grants to any other holders of Common Stock any rights to request the Company to effect the registration under the Securities Act of any such shares of Common Stock on terms more favorable to such holders than the terms set forth in this Section 32.1, the terms of this Section 3 2.1 shall be deemed amended or supplemented to the extent necessary to provide the Holders such more favorable rights and benefits.

Additional Rights. If the Company at any time grants to any other holders of Common Stock securities any rights to request the Company to effect the registration under the Securities Act of any such shares of Common Stock securities on terms more favorable to such holders than the terms set forth in this Section 3, the terms of this Section 3 shall be deemed amended or supplemented to the extent necessary to provide the Holders such more favorable rights and benefits.

Additional Rights. If the Company at any time grants to any other holders of Common Stock any rights to request the Company to effect the registration (including, for the avoidance of doubt, any “shelf” registration) under the Securities Act of any such shares of Common Stock on terms more favorable to such holders than the terms set forth in this Section 3Article II, the terms of this Section 3 Article II shall be deemed amended or supplemented to the extent necessary to provide the Demand Parties and Holders such more favorable rights and benefits.

If the Company at any time grants to any other holders of Common Stock any rights to request the Company to effect the registration under the Securities Act or Applicable Canadian Securities Laws of any such shares of Common Stock on terms more favorable to such holders than the terms set forth in this Section 3, the terms of this Section 3 shall be deemed amended or supplemented to the extent necessary to provide the Holders such more favorable rights and benefits.

Additional Rights. If the Company at any time grants to any other holders of Common Stock any rights to request the Company to effect the registration under the Securities Act of any such shares of Common Stock on terms more favorable to such holders than the terms set forth in this Section 3, the terms of this Section 3 shall be deemed amended or supplemented to the extent necessary to provide the Holders such more favorable rights and benefits; provided that the Holders agree that this Section 3(g) shall not be applicable to any Other Registration Rights Agreement to which the Common Stock Partnerships are parties.

Additional Rights. If the Company at any time grants to any other holders hollers of Common Stock any rights to request the Company to effect the registration under the Securities Act of any such shares of Common Stock on terms more favorable to such holders than the terms set forth in this Section 34, the terms of this Section 3 4 shall be deemed amended or supplemented to the extent necessary to provide the Holders such more favorable rights and benefits.

If the Company at any time grants to any other holders of Common Stock Ordinary Shares any rights to request the Company to effect the registration under the Securities Act of any such shares of Common Stock Ordinary Shares on terms more favorable to such holders than the terms set forth in this Section 3, the terms of this Section 3 shall be deemed amended or supplemented to the extent necessary to provide the Holders such more favorable rights and benefits.
