Common use of Additional Rules and Regulations Clause in Contracts

Additional Rules and Regulations. The Landlord reserves the right to make such other and further reasonable rules and regulations as in its judgment may from time to time be needed for the safety, care and cleanliness of the Premises, and for the preservation of good order therein, and any such other or further rules and regulations shall be binding upon the parties thereto with the same force and effect as if they had been inserted herein at the time of the execution hereof.
