Additional Service Charges. In addition to the foregoing, Subtenant -------------------------- agrees to pay Sublandlord, as additional rent hereunder, all charges payable by Sublandlord under the Prime Lease Agreement for any additional services provided to Subtenant by Prime Landlord, including, without limitation, any charges and fees for alterations or after-hours heating and air conditioning services (all such services being hereinafter referred to as the "Additional Services" and all such charges being hereinafter referred to as the "Additional Service Charges"

Additional Service Charges. If ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ determines that non-Sebastian equipment or software connecting the Premises to Sebastian Equipment or Software installed on the side of or adjacent to the Premises (i.e., at a ground block) is the cause of a service problem, Subscriber agrees that ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ may charge to resolve such service problem at Subscriber’s sole cost and expense. If available from Sebastian, Subscriber may subscribe to a Sebastian service protection plan that covers service-related calls within the Premises. If any other support Services are available from Sebastian, such Services will be at additional charges as described in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s Price List.
Additional Service Charges. Any Services outside the contract scope must receive prior written approval from the School District before rendering or invoicing for such additional Services. Additionally, there will be no mileage reimbursement under this Contract. Otherwise, the Optional Add-on fees if requested shall be payable in annual portions at the beginning of each year of the Initial Term and any Renewal Term and shall be invoiced simultaneous with any other annual fees.
Additional Service Charges. For any Additional Services provided by ▇▇▇▇▇ Systems during a calendar month, ▇▇▇▇▇ Systems shall invoice Newco as provided in the applicable Change Order.
