Additional Service Providers Sample Clauses

The 'Additional Service Providers' clause defines the terms under which parties may engage third-party vendors or subcontractors to perform certain services related to the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the process for selecting, approving, and managing these additional providers, and may specify requirements such as prior written consent, compliance with contractual standards, or liability for the providers' actions. Its core function is to ensure that any external parties involved in delivering services meet agreed-upon standards and that responsibilities and risks associated with their involvement are clearly allocated.
