Additional Services and Products. 3.1 From time to time PEL may provide or make services such as development services, additional support and other professional services available to Customer. All services provided by PEL to Customer (except the Support) shall be subject to supplementary charges and will be provided subject to entering into a separate agreement. 3.2 PEL may offer new products for purchase by Customer from time to time. Such products will be provided at the agreed prices and subject to entering into separate agreement.
