Common use of Additional Services and Products Clause in Contracts

Additional Services and Products. DealerTrack may, from time to time, offer additional services and products by means of the Service, other than those included as part of the Basic Service ("ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS"). In the event that CMSI elects to subscribe to or license any Additional Product, CMSI agrees to subscribe to or license such Additional Product in accordance with the terms herein and any applicable terms communicated by DealerTrack in an addendum or other writing agreed upon by the parties (including, without limitation, click-wrap agreements communicated via the DealerTrack Site) (any of the foregoing, an "ADDENDUM"), and shall be responsible for and shall pay to DealerTrack the additional applicable fees and charges, if any.
