Common use of Additional Services Charges Clause in Contracts

Additional Services Charges. During the Term, CalPX shall pay Perot Systems each m▇▇▇▇ for the Additional Services the amounts agreed to by CalPX and Perot Systems at the ▇▇▇▇s agreed to by Perot Systems and Ca▇▇▇. Additional Services shall be provided on a time and materials basis using Perot Systems' "Stan▇▇▇▇ Commercial Rates", less a 25% discount. Perot Systems may ad▇▇▇▇ the Standard Commercial Rates no more often than once per year, beginning in the second year of the Term, with 60 days advance written notice.
