Additional Severance Benefits. If Employee is entitled to severance benefits under Section 6(c) or (e), Employer shall maintain in full force and effect, for the continued benefit of Employee any Employee benefit plans and programs in which Employee was entitled to participate immediately prior to the date of termination for the shorter of: (i) twelve months; or (ii) the period of time ending on the date Employee becomes eligible for participation in a comparable plan provided by another employer; provided, however, that Employee’s continued participation is possible under the general terms and provisions of such plans and programs.
