In order to meet the demands of the market during this COVID-19 pandemic and to ensure that experienced clinical staff are utilized, the PHT and CIR agree that HSO should receive additional compen- sation when they are required to work additional inpatient, L&D, and ED shifts above and beyond their previously assigned total shift to meet the increased Hospital’s inpatient clinical needs related to COV- ID. This policy does not apply to HSO reassigned due to a colleague’s emergencies or illness as this situation is covered under “PULL” (Arti- cle 3). B. Effective July 1, 2021 until September 30, 2023, any HSO members who are reassigned from scheduled electives, outpatient experiences or research, traditionally considered less intense rotations important for career goals, to cover inpatient (▇▇▇▇ or ICU), L&D, or ED shifts due to increased COVID-related inpatient demands as determined by the Program Director will be compensated as delineated in section E below. C. Effective July 1, 2021 until September 30, 2023, any HSO required to do additional shifts in the ICU, L&D, or ED during the day, overnight, or on weekends due to increased COVID related clinical demands of the hospital the HSO will receive additional compensation as delineated in Section E below. D. If a resident or fellow is reassigned from a clinical rotation whose clin- ical service is cancelled (such as cancelled clinics/closed patient ser- vice/cancelled procedures), this policy would not apply. E. HSO shall be compensated for working reassigned shifts and addition- al shifts at the rates set forth below: a. Monday-Friday Day Shift $200 b. Saturday/Sunday/Holiday Day Shift $290 c. Night Shift Monday-Friday $290 d. Saturday/Sunday/Holiday Night Shift $375 e. Monday-Friday Call Shift $425

  • Required Bonding Capacity Letter No response If proposing on Part 2, Vendor is required to upload a Bonding Capacity Letter from its surety, as described herein, at this location. Please see the attachment entitled "Instructions and Sample - Part 2 Required Bonding Capacity Letter" for complete instructions. . On Part 2, Vendor will be scored on the aggregate bonding capacity displayed in the accepted letter.   • Notice to Union of Long Term Layoff In the event of a pending layoff of a permanent or long-term nature, the Home will: (a) Provide the Union with ninety (90) days’ notice; (b) Meet with the Union to review the following: i) The reasons causing the layoff; ii) The service which the Home will undertake after the layoff; iii) The method of implementation, including areas of cutback and the employees to be laid off. It is understood that permanent or long-term nature means a layoff which will be longer than eight (8) weeks.
