Additional Staff Sample Clauses

The "Additional Staff" clause defines the terms under which extra personnel may be assigned to a project or service beyond the originally agreed staffing levels. Typically, this clause outlines the process for requesting, approving, and compensating for additional staff, such as requiring written approval from the client and specifying how costs will be calculated. Its core function is to provide a clear framework for scaling workforce resources as needed, ensuring both parties understand their obligations and preventing disputes over staffing changes or associated costs.
