Additional Staffing. Authorization of additional full-time staff by the Board of Supervisors will be requested by the department head and County Administrator whenever the workload in a unit of the department exceeds the applicable standards by more than fifty percent (50%) of one (1) caseload after three (3) consecutive months in the general social services and licensing functional service units and after two (2) consecutive months for the assessment, adoption and vocational services functional services units.
