Common use of Additional Step Increases Clause in Contracts

Additional Step Increases. The Superintendent has the discretion to move people through the salary schedule more than one step per year at the Superintendent’s discretion. Such movement will be based on competitive wage offers, exceptional performance, taking on additional assignments of the superintendent, or other items. The District will notify the Forum of such moves on the schedule.
