Additional Support. Under this Agreement, there shall be: (check one)

Additional Support. By making this Grant, Grantor assumes no obligation to provide other or additional support for Grantee. This Grant is not to be construed as establishing a precedent for further support of Grantee.

Additional Support. Should Licensee require on-site support or support beyond what is outlined herein, a support fee for such required additional support shall be negotiated in good faith by the parties. Licensee is under no obligation to purchase any additional support from Insecure.

Additional Support. In the event that none of the Company, the Guarantor or any of their Affiliates purchases the Facility from the Lessor pursuant to the Lease, the parties hereto agree to negotiate in good faith to provide to the Lessor such support in addition to that provided for in this Agreement as the Lessor reasonably may deem necessary to maintain, use, occupy and operate the Facility for the Permitted Use or any other purpose requested by the Lessor.

Additional Support. Technical Support may also determine that Client’s request is a request for "Additional Support." Additional Support is any assistance not covered in Section 5 above. Examples of Additional Support include substantive questions regarding data or results, requests for Hosted Service configuration, specialized training regarding use of the Hosted Service, custom documentation, and consulting. If Rival believes that it can appropriately and effectively provide the requested Additional Support, it will offer to do so at the current rate for Professional Services pursuant to a written agreement between the parties.

Additional Support. In addition to Sections 4(l)(i) and (ii), the Distributor or its affiliates shall participate in video conference calls, on-site presentations and training sessions sponsored by the Sub-Distribution Agent. Furthermore, the Distributor shall cause to be provided the following reporting: (1) Monthly commentary; (2) Monthly reports (which shall include month-to-date performance attribution at the Fund level) substantially in the form attached hereto as Schedule 4; (3) Monthly statements regarding share balances sent directly from the Fund’s administrator and distributed via regular post (or, if mutually agreed by the parties, via email) approximately 45 days after the applicable month-end; and (4) Annual audited financial statements to be distributed directly to investors by the Fund’s administrator.

Additional Support. COMPANY will provide any additional support as may be reasonably necessary to facilitate Secondee’s secondment, including, without limitation, help in finding appropriate housing.

Additional Support. The Firm will also provide client with all necessary secretarial support and office, telephone, furniture, facsimile, reception and administrative services as are necessary to operate Client from time to time at the flat rate of $250 per month set forth in this Agreement.
