Common use of Additional Survival Clause in Contracts

Additional Survival. In addition to the survival of representations and warranties and other provisions referenced in Section 10.1 and 10.2 of this Agreement, which shall survive pursuant to the terms of such Section, the obligations of the Sellers and the Purchaser contained in Sections 4.2, 12.6, 12.9 and 12.10 and in Article II, III, subject to the provisions of Section 3.5, X and XI of this Agreement shall survive the Closing Date indefinitely.

Additional Survival. In addition to the survival of representations and warranties and other provisions referenced in Section 10.1 and 10.2 11.2 of this Agreement, which shall survive pursuant to the terms of such Section, the obligations of the Sellers and the Purchaser Buyer contained in Sections 2.1, 3.1, 3.2, 4.2, 12.64.3, 12.9 8.1, 8.2 and 12.10 11.10 and in Article II, III, subject to the provisions of Section 3.5, Articles IX and X and XI of this Agreement shall survive the Closing Date indefinitely.

Additional Survival. In addition to the survival of representations and warranties and other provisions referenced in Section 10.1 and 10.2 of this Agreement, which shall survive pursuant to the terms of such Section, the obligations of the Sellers and the Purchaser contained in Sections 4.2, 12.614.6, 12.9 14.9 and 12.10 14.10 and in Article II, III, subject to the provisions of Section 3.5, X and XI of this Agreement shall survive the Closing Date indefinitely.

Additional Survival. In addition to the survival of representations and warranties and other provisions referenced in Section 10.1 and SECTION 10.2 of this Agreement, which shall survive pursuant to the terms of such Section, the obligations of the Sellers Seller and the Purchaser contained in Sections 4.2, 12.6, 12.9 ARTICLE II and 12.10 and in Article II, III, subject to the provisions of Section 3.5, X and XI ARTICLE IX of this Agreement shall survive the Closing Date indefinitely.
