Common use of Additional Survival Clause in Contracts

Additional Survival. In addition to the survival of representations and warranties and other provisions referenced in Section 8.1 of this Agreement, which shall survive pursuant to the terms of such Section, the obligations of the Members and Buyer contained in Articles 2, 3, 7, 8 and 9 of this Agreement shall survive the Closing Date indefinitely.

Additional Survival. In addition to the survival of representations and warranties and other provisions referenced in Section 8.1 of this Agreement, which shall survive pursuant to the terms of such Section, the obligations of the Members and Buyer contained in Articles 2II, 3III, 7, 8 VIII and 9 X of this Agreement shall survive the Closing Date indefinitely.

Additional Survival. In addition to the survival of representations and warranties and other provisions referenced in Section 8.1 10.1 of this Agreement, which shall survive pursuant to the terms of such Section, the obligations of the Members and Buyer parties contained in Articles 2Sections 2.1, 32.2, 72.3, 8 2.6, 4.2, 4.3, 7.7, 7.8, 7.9, 7.10, 7.11, 7.12, 7.13, 12.6, 12.9 and 9 12.10 and in Article III and Article X of this Agreement shall survive the Closing Date indefinitely.

Additional Survival. In addition to the survival of representations and warranties and other provisions referenced in Section 8.1 10.1 of this Agreement, which shall survive pursuant to the terms of such Section, the obligations of the Members and Buyer parties contained in Articles 2Sections 2.1, 32.2, 72.3, 8 2.4, and 9 in Article III, Article X and Article XII of this Agreement shall survive the Closing Date indefinitely.
