Additional Systems Clause Samples
The "Additional Systems" clause defines the terms under which extra systems or components, beyond those originally specified in the agreement, may be provided or installed. Additional Systems. Company may add systems to an Accepted Order for a period coterminous with the term of the Accepted Order at Sun’s applicable, pro-rated, per-system fee, upon written notice to Sun and subject to Sun’s rights of inspection. Sun will provide to Company an add-on Order Confirmation reflecting the additional Covered Systems and associated additional fee.
Additional Systems. Customer may add systems to a Schedule at Sun’s then current per system fee, at any time upon notice to Sun, subject to the rights of Sun set forth below in INSPECTIONS. Sun will provide services for systems added to a Schedule for a period coterminous with the term of the Schedule, and Sun shall pro rata the fee for such services. Customer will receive an add-on Schedule reflecting the additional covered systems and associated additional fee.
Additional Systems. The Retailer is free to use any additional systems to help manage the business, so long as they are consistent with all the required Saturn systems and with Saturn's Mission, Philosophy and Values. The Retailer agrees to discontinue use of any systems deemed inconsistent by the Franchisor.

If the average number of slides processed per Quarter with all of the Systems located at any SBCL site during any two consecutive Quarters exceeds [*] slides per System per Quarter, then SBCL may order additional Systems as needed to bring the projected average requirement at such SBCL site down to approximately [*] slides per System per Quarter. Unless otherwise agreed upon by the parties, NeoPath will use its best efforts to deliver such additional System(s) within [*] days after receipt of SBCL's order for the same, and the Term with respect to any such System will commence upon [*] and will end upon [*].

Additional Systems. During the Term, Licensee may, but is under no obligation to, order, in writing, from Xenogen additional Imaging Systems (each, an “Additional System”) that Licensee desires to use in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Upon payment of the purchase price for each Additional System pursuant to Section 3.5(a), the Equipment provided as part of such Additional System will become the sole property of Licensee. Each Additional System includes hardware and software components providing the same or similar functionality as the Imaging System. Xenogen will deliver and install any Additional Systems at the installation location designated by Licensee at the Authorized Site in the manner described in Section 2.1(a) and Section 2.2. The terms and conditions of Sections 2.2 through 2.3 shall apply to Additional Systems in the same manner as they apply to the Imaging System. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, Additional Systems shall be shipped to Licensee within sixty (60) days after receipt of Licensee’s purchase order for such Additional System, and Xenogen will thereafter install it at the location designated by Licensee at the Authorized Site within fourteen (14) business days after delivery to the installation site. Upon installation of the Additional System and completion of Initial Training (as described in Section 2.2(a) below), Licensee shall provide Xenogen with written acknowledgement of completion of all of the foregoing, the date of such acknowledgement to be deemed the "Installation Date" for each such Additional System.
