Additional Tasks. Perform or provide the following additional Construction Phase tasks or deliverables: Require Construction Contractor to provide Electronic copies of As-Built drawings in both pdf and CADD format. Also, the Contractor shall provide an Accessibility Certificate that is signed and sealed in order to receive the Certificate of Occupancy (CO). See attached Exhibit L.
