Additional Territories. Empyrean further grants Distributor the first right of negotiation to be appointed as Empyrean's exclusive distributor to market, promote and sell the Products in each and every country (save and except for the United States of America, Japan, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, South Africa, Canada, Turkey, Russia, Former USSR and India) in addition to the countries comprising the Territory.
