Common use of Additional Timber (b) Clause in Contracts

Additional Timber (b). Reference to appropriate sections of Timber Sale Contract Part B7 can be used to describe volume determination of additional timber if they are to be log scaled. For tree measurement, specify the volume table to be used and other pertinent facts. Depending on the conditions in the sale, alternative methods of determining the volume of additional timber (such as tree measurement of log scale at the discretion of the Officer in Charge) may be described.
