Common use of Additional Transferors Clause in Contracts

Additional Transferors. The Transferor may designate Affiliates of the Transferor to be included as Transferors (each, an "Additional Transferor") under this Agreement in an amendment hereto pursuant to Section 10.01(a) and, in connection with such designation, the Transferor shall surrender the Transferor Certificate to the Owner Trustee in exchange for a newly issued Transferor Certificate modified to reflect such Additional Transferor's interest in the Transferred Assets of the Issuer represented by the Transferor Certificate as provided in the Trust Agreement; provided, however, that, if the provisions of Section 3.04 of the Trust Agreement are not otherwise applicable, prior to any such designation and exchange the conditions set forth in clauses (iii) and (v) of Section 3.04(b) of the Trust Agreement shall have been satisfied with respect thereto (as applied with respect to an issuance of a Supplemental Certificate).
