Common use of Additional Trusts and Portfolios Clause in Contracts

Additional Trusts and Portfolios. In the event that any investment company in addition to those listed on Schedule A hereto desires to have the Transfer Agent render services under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Transfer Agent in writing, and if the Transfer Agent agrees in writing to provide such services, such investment company shall become a Trust hereunder and be bound by all terms and conditions and provisions hereof. In the event that any Trust establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to those Portfolios set forth on Schedule A hereto with respect to which it desires to have the Transfer Agent render services under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Transfer Agent in writing, and if the Transfer Agent agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

In the event that any management investment company in addition to those listed on Schedule A hereto desires to have the Transfer Agent render services as transfer agent under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Transfer Agent in writing, and if the Transfer Agent agrees in writing to provide such services, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, such management investment company shall become a Trust hereunder and be bound by all terms and conditions and provisions hereof. In the event that any the Trust establishes one or more additional series of Shares in addition to those Portfolios set forth on Schedule A hereto shares with respect to which it desires to have the Transfer Agent render services as transfer agent under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Transfer Agent in writing, and if the Transfer Agent agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.
