ADDITIONAL TRUSTS. In the event that any management investment company in addition to those listed on Schedule A hereto desires to have the Sub-Administrator render services under the terms hereof, the Administrator shall notify the Sub-Administrator in writing. Upon written acceptance by the Sub-Administrator, such investment company shall become a Trust hereunder and be bound by all terms and conditions and provisions hereof.
