Common use of ADDITIONAL TRUSTS Clause in Contracts

ADDITIONAL TRUSTS. If any management investment company in addition to those listed on Schedule A desires the Transfer Agent to render services under the terms of this Agreement, the management investment company shall so notify the Transfer Agent in writing. If the Transfer Agent agrees in writing to provide the services, the management investment company shall become a Trust hereunder and the Trust and the Transfer Agent (with respect to that Trust) will be bound by all terms and conditions and provisions hereof including, without limitation, the representations and warranties set forth in Section 4 above.
