Common use of Additional Unitholders Clause in Contracts

Additional Unitholders. To the extent a Unitholder validly transfers any or all of such holder’s Units to another Person in a transaction in accordance with, and not in contravention of, the LP Agreement, then such transferee (each, a “Permitted Transferee”) shall have the right to execute and deliver a joinder to this Agreement, substantially in the form of Exhibit B hereto, whereupon such Permitted Transferee shall become a Unitholder hereunder. To the extent the Partnership issues Units in the future, then the holder of such Units shall have the right to execute and deliver a joinder to this Agreement, substantially in the form of Exhibit B hereto, whereupon such holder shall become a Unitholder hereunder.

Additional Unitholders. To the extent a an Unitholder validly transfers any or all of such holder’s Company Units (together with the corresponding number of shares of Holdings Class B Common Stock) to another Person in a transaction Permitted Transferee in accordance with, and not in contravention of, with the LP AgreementCompany A&R Regulations, then such transferee (each, a “Permitted Transferee”) Transferee shall have the right to execute and deliver a joinder to this Agreement, substantially in the form of Exhibit B A hereto, whereupon such Permitted Transferee shall become a an Unitholder hereunder. To the extent the Partnership Holdings issues Class B Units in the futurefuture (other than to the Company), then the holder of such Class B Units shall have the right to execute and deliver a joinder to this Agreement, substantially in the form of Exhibit B hereto, whereupon such holder shall become a an Unitholder hereunder.
