Additional Units – Attached Teachers. (a) Senior Teachers Special Duties (Normal Schools), Heads of Department (attached Intermediate Departments) and attached teachers, and all other teachers holding ‘G scale’ positions: *Teachers in 3.2(a) above who meet the criteria for Q3+, Q4 or Q5 (Step 12) as defined in 3.3 shall move to step 12. (b) Senior Teachers in Model Schools - Base Scale Salary + 1 unit. (c) Senior Teachers in Attached Classes or units - Base Scale Salary + 1 unit.
