Additional Written Communications. Before making, preparing, using, authorizing, approving or referring to any Issuer Written Communication, the Company will furnish to the Representative and counsel for the Initial Purchasers a copy of such written communication for review and will not make, prepare, use, authorize, approve or refer to any such written communication to which the Representative reasonably objects.

Before making, preparing, using, authorizing, approving or referring to any Issuer Written Communication, at any time prior to the completion of the initial offering of the Securities, the Company will furnish to the Representative Representatives and counsel for the Initial Purchasers a copy of such written communication for review and will not make, prepare, use, authorize, approve or refer to any such written communication to which either of the Representative Representatives reasonably objects, provided that the foregoing shall not restrict the Company from filing periodic reports under the Exchange Act.

Before before making, preparing, using, authorizingauthorising, approving or referring to any Issuer Additional Written Communication, the Company Issuer will furnish to the Representative Managers and counsel for the Initial Purchasers Managers a copy of such written communication for review and will not make, prepare, use, authorizeauthorise, approve or refer to any such written communication to which the Representative Managers may reasonably objects.object; and

Before making, preparing, using, authorizing, approving or referring to distributing any Issuer Additional Written Communication, the Company Issuer and the Guarantor will furnish to the Representative Initial Purchasers and counsel for the Initial Purchasers a copy of such written communication for review and will not make, prepare, use, authorize, approve or refer to distribute any such written communication to which the Representative Initial Purchasers reasonably objectsobject.
