Common use of Additional Written Communications Clause in Contracts

Additional Written Communications. Before using, authorizing, approving or referring to any Issuer Written Communication, the Company and the Guarantors will furnish to the Representative and counsel for the Initial Purchasers a copy of such written communication for review and will not use, authorize, approve or refer to any such written communication to which the Representative reasonably objects.

Before making, preparing, using, authorizing, approving or referring to any Issuer Written Communication, the Company and the Guarantors will furnish to the Representative Representatives and counsel for the Initial Purchasers a copy of such written communication for review and will not make, prepare, use, authorize, approve or refer to any such written communication to which the Representative Representatives reasonably objectsobject.

Before making, preparing, using, authorizing, approving or referring to any Issuer Written Communication, the Company and the Guarantors Parent Guarantor will furnish to the Representative and counsel for the Initial Purchasers a copy of such written communication for review and will not make, prepare, use, authorize, approve or refer to any such written communication to which the Representative reasonably objects.

Before preparing, using, authorizing, approving or referring to any Issuer Written Communication, the Company and the Subsidiary Guarantors will furnish to the Representative and counsel for the Initial Purchasers a copy of such written communication for review and will not prepare, use, authorize, approve or refer to any such written communication to which the Representative reasonably objects.

Before making, preparing, using, authorizing, approving or referring to any Issuer Written CommunicationFree Writing Document, the Company Issuers and the Guarantors will furnish to the Representative and counsel for the Initial Purchasers a copy of such written communication for review and will not make, prepare, use, authorize, approve or refer to any such written communication to which the Representative reasonably objects.

Before using, authorizing, approving or referring to any Issuer Written CommunicationCommunication (other than written communications that are listed on Annex A hereto and the Offering Memorandum), the Company and the Guarantors Subsidiary Guarantor will furnish to the Representative Representatives and counsel for the Initial Purchasers a copy of such written communication for review and will not use, authorize, approve or refer to any such written communication to which the Representative Representatives reasonably objectsobject.

Before using, authorizing, approving or referring to any Issuer Written Communication, the Company Acquisition Sub, the Company, and the Guarantors Guarantors, as applicable, will furnish to the Representative Initial Purchasers and counsel for the Initial Purchasers a copy of such written communication for review and will not use, authorize, approve or refer to any such written communication to which the Representative Initial Purchasers reasonably objectsobject.
